Connected in a minute.
Claude
In Simply, open Business › Connections and click Connect to Claude. Check that it says Simply, then click Continue.
Or, in Claude, open Customize › Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste https://app.simplylabs.ai/mcp.
ChatGPT
Find Simply in ChatGPT’s apps and add it.
Or turn on developer mode in ChatGPT’s settings, create a connector and paste https://app.simplylabs.ai/mcp.

Sign in to Simply
With the Simply login you always use.

Pick a business, then Read and act, or Also send and publish.

That’s it. Ask it what needs you today.
Safety
You stay in charge.
- It acts as you, with your role in Simply. It can’t see or do anything you can’t.
- Before it sends or publishes anything, it tells you exactly what will happen and asks you first.
- It sends and publishes only if you allowed that when you connected it.
- It never touches billing, your team, API keys or deleting things.
- Simply tells your assistant that text your customers wrote, like messages, form answers and testimonials, is data to read, not instructions to follow.
- Owners and account managers see every member’s connected assistants under Business › Connections, and can disconnect them.
- Change what it may do, or disconnect it, any time under Business › Connections. It stops working at once.
Privacy
What your assistant sees.
Your assistant can read what you can read in Simply. That includes your contacts’ names, email addresses and phone numbers, their messages and their testimonials.
What it reads goes to the assistant you chose, Claude from Anthropic or ChatGPT from OpenAI, and is handled under your own agreement with them. Simply only answers what your assistant asks for while you use it, and makes no AI calls of its own here.
